The Management and Security Offices are located at the end of the restroom hallway across from Baskin Robbins, and provide services and amenities, including:

Security assistance
Wheelchair use
Lost and Found
ATMs: There are two Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) located at Kitsap Mall. One located in near Barnes & Noble, and the second in our food court.

The Management Office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. The Management Office can be reached at 360.698.2555.

24-HOUR PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SERVICES

Kitsap Mall is committed to providing our guests with a safe and secure shopping environment by providing 24-hour professional security services.

To enhance your safety, Kitsap Mall has a surveillance system to monitor activity and uniformed security officers patrolling the interior and exterior of the Mall. Guests are encouraged to contact a security officer for any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. jump starts, safety/security escorts.)

Kitsap Mall Security Officers are trained in advanced first aid and the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED). The automatic external defibrillators (AED) are located in the Security Office and across from Baskin Robbins, and in all Security vehicles.
