How do I attend the Back in the Saddle customization event?

Secure your FREE ticket to the event here and present your ticket at the Center Court at Kitsap Mall from 1pm to 3pm. Don’t forget to bring your item purchased at Kitsap Mall to be customized!

Do I have to pay to attend the Back in the Saddle customization event?

The event is FREE! But you do need to register for a FREE ticket IN ADVANCE.

How will I receive my ticket to attend the Back in the Saddle customization event?

Upon registering for your ticket, you will receive your ticket and details via Eventbrite at the email you provide at the time of registration.

Can I attend the Back in the Saddle customization event without a ticket?

Walk-ups without a ticket will be served based on availability only. If you do not have a ticket, you are not guaranteed to have your item customized.

Where in Kitsap Mall will the Back in the Saddle customization event take place?

The Back in the Saddle customization event will be held in the Center Court.

What is the minimum age requirement to attend the Back in the Saddle customization event?

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian register for your free ticket.

What types of customizations will be available?

You will be able to customize your product purchased at Kitsap Mall with chain stitching! Items best for chain stitching include any fabric without stretch, such as button-down shirts, utility shirts, denim, shorts, unlined jackets, etc. Follow Kitsap Mall on Instagram for more inspiration leading up to the event!

How long will the customization of my item take?

Expect to wait up to 10 minutes for your item to be customized.

Can I have my item customized any way I want?

You will select a customization from a set of available options. Each guest is limited to a set number of customizations per item in order to ensure we can serve all ticketed guests.

Can I pay for additional customizations?

No, not at this event but we encourage you to connect with our vendor for additional opportunities outside of this event!

What kinds of items can I bring to have customized? Are there any restrictions?

The vendor will only be able to accommodate non-stretch articles of clothing and bags for customization, such as button-down shirts, utility shirts, denim, shorts, unlined jackets, etc. Items with stretch, such as t-shirts, leggings, etc, may not be permitted. To ensure all ticketed guests can be served, each guest is limited to one item.

Where can I purchase an item to be customized during the event?

A large number of tenants offer products that can be customized. We encourage you to look at the Kitsap Mall directory for specific details about each store.

Do I need to purchase my item at Kitsap Mall in order to have it customized?

Yes. Use it as an excuse to treat yourself to something new!

What if I’m not pleased with my customized item?

If you are not pleased with your customization, please contact the center through the contact form on the website site at: https://www.shopkitsapmall.com/contact-us/

Can my customized item be shipped to me?

No. You must pick up your item in person at the Kitsap Mall during the event.

What happens to my item if I leave it with the vendor and do not pick it up?

Items left past the duration of the event will be donated to charity.
