Our Guest Services Center is located in the center of the Mall, and offers a wide variety of services and amenities, including:

• Washington State Ferry/Transit schedules

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) and Public Phones
There are three Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) located at Kitsap Mall.  At the North end of the center next to Famous Footwear, at the Guest Services Center, and in our Food Court, customers can find ATM USA ATM's.

Public phones can be found just inside the Food Court entrance and on the exterior of each Mall main entrance.

24-hour Professional Security Services

The Macerich Company and Kitsap Mall are committed to providing our guests with a safe and secure shopping environment by providing 24-hour professional security services.

To enhance your safety, Kitsap Mall has a surveillance system to monitor activity and uniformed security officers patrolling the interior and exterior of the Mall. Guests are encouraged to contact a security officer for any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. jump starts, safety/security escorts.)

Kitsap Mall Security Officers are trained in advanced first aid and the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED). A first aid kit is kept at the Guest Service Center located in Center Court and the automatic external defibrillators are located in the Security Office and all Security vehicles.
